The cost-intensive and time consuming planning and permitting procedure is at an advanced stage so that the master planning foresees the beginning of the construction phase of the Ranch to start within the next 12 to 15 months.

Future owners do now have the option to purchase a participation of the entire project and parcel of land as well as of the corresponding plans and permits.

Purchase price for the entire land and all corresponding plans and permits is US$ 3.600.000,00. With an anticipated total number of owners of 15, the individual portion comes to approximately US$ 240.000,00 per owner.

The present owner, CASI Invest, Incorporated, will be available as project manager to the owners for the entire duration of the construction.
