The Company

CASI Invest, Inc.

is a young company that was established on  October 14, 2002. The team headed by the company's President Frank Sibilak has grown fast through the creation of other own companies and close cooperation with professional partners. We develop exclusive properties and turn them into unique projects.

From  2002 to 2005 the company's activity concentrated  primarily on the investor market and  on the realization of a few small construction projects (single family homes). From 2005 to 2007 it focused on the planning of a meat and sausage plant in North Fort Myers – a project that was successfully sold in 2007.

In 2006 CASI Investments, Inc. expanded its activities to Costa Rica and its Real Estate Market by investing in two additional development- and construction projects. Currently, its main focus is the planning and realization of an upscale and comprehensive residential community.

The first and in itself unique "horse lovers community" in SW Florida is also located in Fort Myers (Florida) and will be home for many horse lovers and equestrian sport enthusiasts offering amenities such as:

• Riding stables, indoor riding arena, club house and riding paths , and
•  Setting new standards through "ecological “ design"

Since 2010, the company "Casi-invest" has moved its main focus back to Germany. With the founding of the company "Casi-Invest-Service", in cooperation with "Casi-Real-Estate Germany" will be compiled and offered real estate portfolios for institutional investors, from Germany, as well as also from abroad.

CASI Investments Inc. is currently present in Costa Rica, Germany and the United States of America.
